Refunds

Because of the nature of health insurance products, once a policy is purchased the purchase price cannot be refunded. Refunds would only be issued if it is determined that Eligibility requirements have not been met or upon entry into the armed forces.

The Policy is a Non-Renewable One Year Term Policy. No more than 12 months of coverage may be purchased per policy year.

SHIP, LTD does not issue refunds without the approval of the school the member is attending.  For refund information contact SHIP Customer Service.
